Carrots (Daucus Carota): Its root is used as a cure for helminthes, anemia, disorders of the liver, and oedema. Cleans the blood, enhances milk production and its seed is good against tympanitis. Its carotid content is significant but also contains vitamins B1, B2, B5 and C.
