Herbalance Kft. allows anyone to visit its Webmall and browse its contents.
Anyone may create a hyperlink to our Webmall and place the hyperlink on the
Internet. The name Herbalance may be used to display the hyperlink without
further permission.
Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to restrain or withdraw the abovementioned
permissions without explanation in certain cases.
Trademarks
The names Herbalance, Herbanet and the logo of Herbalance are registered
trademarks.
Restrictions
Herbalance Kft. is the sole owner of all data, descriptions, information and
images displayed at the Webmall, the graphics and technical system of the
website, realisation of its functions, as displayed on these websites.
Herbalance Kft. does not give permission to save (except to temporary
caches), modify, analyse or use the contents or parts of them.
Herbalance Kft. does not give permission to collect manually or by programmes
and use its product list and prices.
Herbalance Kft. does not give permission to embed the Webmall or parts of it
to websites, e.g. by using so-called frames.
Herbalance Kft. considers pasting the registered trademarks of Herbalance
Kft. to websites in a hidden form, e.g. as so-called meta tags, deceiving the
Internet users on purpose and intention to misuse trademarks, thus explicitly
forbids it.
User
When using the Webmall of Herbalance Kft., you are responsible for handling
your chosen user name and password confidentially, and you are responsible for
restricting access of your computer. Furthermore you accept that you are
responsible for all and every activity that takes place in our Webmall by using
your user name and password.
Herbalance Kft. does not sell its products to children. Please do not
register in our Webmall if you are under 18. If you have already registered,
please contact us so that we can delete your data. We suggest you ask your
parents to contact us.
Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to delete a user name or suspend its use,
especially when the data given during registration might not be valid or is not
comprehensible, or when these terms and conditions might have been violated.
If you submit a shop ID during registration, you agree that the person owning
that shop can get access to your name and e-mail address, and that the shop
owner can contact you via e-mail to survey customer satisfaction and to inform
you about further discounts and special offers.
Product information
Herbalance Kft. takes the greatest care when publishing product information
but cannot guarantee that all product information is correct, precise, full and
up-to-date.
Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to change information relating to
products.
Prices
Product and service prices shown in the Webmall of Herbalance Kft. are with
VAT. Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to change its prices. The prices are
finalised upon ordering. Adding a product to the cart is not considered
ordering, thus if you have added a product to the cart and the product’s price
changed, you can remove it from your cart or order it at the new price.
Orders
Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to suspend the fulfilling of an order or
to delete the order.
You can ask for cancelling your order at our customer service.
Herbalance Kft. reserves the right to restrict the use of certain payment
types depending on the total price of the order.
Guarantee
We return the price of the product if you return the product intact in its
original, unopened packaging within 8 days from receiving the product. Shipping
fees should be paid by the customer.
Shipping
If you place an order by 13.00 CET, Herbalance Kft. makes every effort to
give your order to the shipper that day. If you place an order after 13.00 CET ,Herbalance
Kft. makes every effort to give your order to the shipper the next day.
You order is delivered by our contracted shipper GLS General Logistics
Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft..
