A guarantee for data protection
We are fully aware of the fact, that our consumers care about the way their
information is being handled and processed.
- Herbalance Kft handles your information with the outmost care and
discretion, while also taking every special technical and organisational
precaution to protect your personal data.
- In the course of registration and ordering you only need to provide
personal data necessary for contact and the fulfilment of your order. These
are the following:
- User name,
- Password,
- Surname,
- First name,
- E-mail address,
- Telephone number,
- Mobile number,
- Delivery and billing address.
- You are free to correct or modify your personal data.
- In the course of your using the webstore we only gather information used
exclusively for the sake of the customers’ convenience and for offering an
even fuller service. For example, in the ordering process you are
automatically offered the option of selecting the payment method you used
last time.
- We will not supply your personal data to a third party, except for the
parties listed below.
- In order to fulfil your order the following personal data are
supplied to GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft:
- Delivery address,

- Ordering number
- Our colleague being in charge of the store you are shopping at has
access to your name and telephone number (by using the code of the store
provided at the time of registration).
- Your password is stored in an encrypted form, preventing even our
colleagues from obtaining it.
- Pages containing or providing personal data are protected by SSL
encryption, therefore, you can be completely sure that others will not gain
access to your information.
- For online payment, we rely on the service offered by CIB Bank.
Herbalance Kft. does not have access to your bankcard information - you only
provide the bank with such data. Nevertheless, the bank cannot obtain
information about the details of the order either.
- Let us remind you once again to create a password that is not easy to
guess and contains at least 6 characters, and please, keep it secret.
- You can safely use our webstore from any location (Internet Cafés,
Hotspots), however, apply the option of Auto-login only on your own PC!

- The prices quoted include VAT.
- We make it possible for you to specify a delivery address different from
your billing address. (We deliver the invoice together with the ordered
product to the delivery address in each of the cases.)

- Payment in advance by bank transfer

- We specify details like the shipping and packing costs of the given
product in accordance with its weight and the selected payment option in the
course of the ordering process.
Shipment guarantee
- Our carrier, GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft., ships the
ordered products to their destination in two business days. (For information
only.)
Refund guarantee
- If you send us back the ordered product intact and unopened within 8
days of receipt, we pay you back the purchase price. Nevertheless, you will
still be responsible for bearing the cost of the shipment.
